Return Policy

At Swamp Dog Outfitters, we strive for all our customers to be satisfied with their hunting apparel. For items defective, damaged, or incorrect as to what you ordered, please initiate a return within 30 days at help@swampdogoutfitters.com. You will be contacted by a Swamp Dog representative that will provide you with a pre-paid label to send back product(s). 

If you receive your order and would like a refund for the correct items purchased, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping back to our warehouse. Please email us at the email address above to give us a heads up about the return. Once items are received in re-sellable condition, you will be issued a full refund. 

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another size or item, we recommend going ahead and purchasing the correct item online to avoid availability issues. Once we receive the exchanged item, you will be issued a full refund. When sending back an item, include the original packing slip and poly bag. It's helpful on our end to include a note or shoot us an email about your exchange.
